Brittany A. Ortiz is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Services Group. Ms. Ortiz has experience in all areas of civil litigation, including contractual and business disputes, real estate, community association law, intellectual property and personal injury. Her past representative experience ranges from arbitration to federal trial. Ms. Ortiz successfully second-chaired a federal trial during her first year of practice.
Ms. Ortiz earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. She is trained as a mediator under the Dispute Resolution Programs Act (“DRPA”) through Loyola Law School’s Center for Conflict Resolution.
Ms. Ortiz received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles where she graduated cum laude. While at UCLA, Ms. Ortiz received a Scholarship Recognition Award for Superior Academic Standing and made the Dean’s List in spring of 2011.
